About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Senior System Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to various stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders on HRMS and Time Attendance systems.
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise IT applications.
  • Ensure architectural design and application development aligns with business requirements and internal standards.
  • Manage application support using ITIL practices, change management, release management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in application development and support role managing HRMS and Time Attendance systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in HCM from Oracle or SAP is advantageous.
  • Experience in designing and developing process flows, user journeys, and wireframes.
  • Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
