We are seeking a highly skilled Tenancy Administration Executive to join our team at Gamuda Land (Kemuning) Sdn Bhd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Leasing Credit Control functions, ensuring timely billing and collection of rental payments from tenants/retailers.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate daily operations of the Leasing Credit Control functions.
  • Prepare and send out billings and updates on collections.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare and issue reminders to tenants/retailers on overdue rental payments.
  • Support the senior executive or executive in following up with tenants/retailers after issuance of reminders.
  • Update records and ensure accuracy in Tenancy's system.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and files of all tenants.
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact/escalation for tenant requests/complaints.
  • Maintain confidentiality of tenant and company information.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Administration/Management or minimum SPM.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
