Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive company image.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our customer service management software.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and improve service processes.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to help improve our products and services.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are highly valued.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in using computers and common office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
- Availability to work the specified hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
