Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolutions to their concerns.
  • Provide accurate product information, order status, and returns assistance to customers, exceeding their expectations in every interaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, maintaining a positive image of the company while providing value-added solutions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our customer service management software, facilitating effective communication and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement in service processes.
  • Contribute valuable insights on customer trends and issues to enhance our products and services, fostering growth and innovation within the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of SPM or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service would be advantageous.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or related positions is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages would be an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure, making informed decisions that drive results.
  • Proficiency in using computers and common office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays, to accommodate the needs of our diverse customer base.
