About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support through various communication channels, including live chat, email, and telephone.
- Providing expert customer support to clients by addressing queries and resolving issues related to our trading platforms and services
- Engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to their problems
- Collaborating with different departments to ensure seamless delivery of customer support
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering outstanding customer service through various communication channels
- Assisting clients in resolving technical and troubleshooting issues
- Monitoring and reviewing live chat conversations to maintain high-quality standards
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
- Proficient in computer usage, with excellent command of CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail, adept at multitasking, and capable of managing a significant volume of inquiries while maintaining accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
