Job Summary

Prometric is a leading provider of technology-enabled testing and assessment solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Help Desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients and test takers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients and test takers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot complex computer-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Configure and troubleshoot test center equipment, ensuring seamless exam delivery.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for technical processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Technical Help Desk or Customer Service, preferably with advanced-level troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, software installation, and networking concepts.
  • Ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex technical problems.
