We are looking for an IT Customer Service Representative to join our team at Aqi Intl. As an Executive Support Expert, you will be responsible for providing premium technical support and customer service to Lenovo users and clients.

About the Position

This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, technical knowledge of desktop, laptop, and tablet hardware and technology, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional technical support and customer service to Lenovo users and clients.
  • Resolve technical issues from end to end, making follow-up calls and updating customers on case progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with new processes and product releases by reading updates, studying product descriptions, and participating in team meetings, trainings, and discussions.
  • Provide feedback to Team Leaders/CC Manager on opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Degree, Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
  • English and Thai language proficiency – speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Understanding of desktop, laptop, and tablet hardware and technology.
  • Strong commitment to teamwork dynamics with ability to contribute expertise and follow leadership directives.
