Contact Centre Representative

We are seeking a Support Services Officer to join our Revenue Group Bhd team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer enquiries through various channels such as phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and Facebook;
- Collaborate with team members and leaders to achieve quality results and productivity;
- Elevate unresolved issues or complaints to the next level within established procedures;
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by Team Leads.
- A minimum of SPM certificate with working experience or diploma holder without work experience;
- Previous experience in customer service/sales support/call centre will be beneficial;
- Excellent proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbally and in writing;
- Mandarin fluency is preferred but not necessary;
- Strong skills in Google Suite/MS Office are essential;
- A positive attitude towards helping customers is vital.
