Administrative Support Professional

Key Responsibilities- Invoice Preparation: Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Financial Transactions: Enter financial transactions into the company's database, maintaining accurate records.
- Accounts Receivable and Payable: Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies between accounts receivable and payable.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Education: SPM or Diploma degree required.
- Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and accounting software, including Auto Count.
- Accuracy: High level of accuracy in financial transactions and record-keeping.
