Job Description

This role is an opportunity to work in a dynamic team as an Administrative Support Specialist at Big Design Interior, a renowned interior design firm based in Cheras, Selangor. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks, including managing office systems, communicating with suppliers, and assisting in HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations, billing, customer database organization, and project progress tracking.
  • Organize and maintain documents, databases, and data protection.
  • Manage office systems, including phones, email, filing, and document management.
  • Effectively communicate with suppliers to procure necessary materials and services.
  • Provide support with basic HR tasks, such as recruiting, onboarding new employees, and employee benefits management.
Requirements:
  • Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
