About the Role

  • Coordinate the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards adherence.
  • Manage office systems, including phone, email, filing, and document management.

Qualifications:
  • Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
