Main Responsibilities

  2. Data Management:
    • Manage and analyze commercial data to inform business decisions.
    • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into activity grids and GWP Master Files.
  3. Communication:
    • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
    • Prepare regular reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress and performance.
  4. Administrative Tasks:
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as creating PR/PO documents and arranging conferences.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or trade marketing support, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
