Job Description:
We are seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for targeting and engaging new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones. Key responsibilities include delivering presentations, negotiating terms, and closing sales to meet targets. Additionally, the candidate will identify new opportunities and generate leads through various channels, provide after-sales support, and ensure client satisfaction for repeat business.
Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role, candidates must have at least 2-3 years of outdoor sales experience. Having experience in vehicle spare parts is an advantage. Candidates must also possess strong negotiation and selling skills, be willing to travel, and have good communication skills in Mandarin and basic English.
Remuneration Package:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from RM 3,000.00 – RM 4,000.00 per month, plus commission entitlement (RM 2,000.00 – RM 8,000.00/month), car allowances, petrol, toll, and parking claimable. Other benefits include annual leave, medical claims, performance bonus, EPF, Socso, and EIS contribution.
