About the Role:

We're looking for a Strategic Growth Leader to drive key strategic projects that fuel our growth. This role involves working directly with C-level executives and leadership, providing insights through data-driven analysis and helping shape our company's direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: As part of a leadership track, you'll demonstrate potential for future P&L leadership roles, influencing our company's growth and direction.
  2. Initiative Management: Own, lead, and execute end-to-end management of high-impact, cross-functional global initiatives.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to develop and refine strategies driving business growth and operational excellence.
  4. Cross-Functional Rotation: Rotate through various business functions like Sales, Marketing, and Operations to gain deep understanding of our operations and strategic challenges.
  5. Problem Solving & Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within business processes, propose solutions, and implement changes to drive efficiency and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or business-related roles. Prior entrepreneurial experience or those with P&L responsibility are highly welcomed to apply.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in people management, developing high-performing teams.
  • Growth Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills, breaking down complex challenges into clear actions to drive growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong cross-functional communication skills, expressing complex ideas succinctly and effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter with ability to work in fast-paced environments, thrive in ambiguity, and lead with bias to action.
