About the Role

The Senior Executive, Business Performance Management will report to the Head of Performance & Planning and work closely with various teams within the company. As a key performance executive, you will drive cross-functional initiatives to ensure end-to-end performance KPIs trajectory and project outcomes are achieved.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Define, control, and drive performance metrics across functions: Supply Chain, Operation, Logistics.
  • Monitor business performance by developing tools and capabilities to detect abnormalities and establish standards for designing dashboards and reports to provide end-to-end visibility to top management and day-to-day visibility for ground operations.
  • Drill down analysis to find root causes of performance gaps, areas for improvement, underlying business risks, or bottlenecks that business teams face.
  • Track project progress, identify, report, and resolve issues and risks to launch initiatives on-time and smoothly.
  • Prepare presentation materials tailored for different audiences (operations staff vs. management).
Your Expertise
  • University degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Supply Chain qualification preferred.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience, preferably in e-commerce, consulting, or operation-focused industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced, changing, and ambiguous environments, working under high pressure.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization skills to work independently.
  • Strong numeric and analytical abilities with macro views.
  • High-level Excel skills (data modeling, visualization); SQL and/or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a strong plus.
  • Experience in cost orientation, business analysis, or business performance management.
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of operation, supply chain management concepts, lean, or Kaizen is a plus.
