Your Key Responsibilities

As a Performance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible and accountable for client's digital P&L, ensuring growing digital revenues and profitability across brands.
  • Client servicing, relationship management, and demonstrating digital leadership across brands.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of client businesses, which includes growth strategies on eCommerce and ensure digital strategies align with brands business objectives and needs.
  • Lead a digital team across various disciplines–planning, operations, implementation, and analysis.
What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A hands-on manager in understanding the day-to-day of the client's campaign and business.
  • Solid understanding of the performance and programmatic space and how to work across multiple audience segments.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, including multi-tasking and decision-making abilities.
  • Significant proven experience of working with multiple stakeholders, e.g. suppliers, advertising/marketing agencies, media owners.
