Strategic Partnerships Professional

We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Professional to join our Malaysia sales organization. In this role, you will drive business growth and expansion in the wholesale market, leveraging your expertise in sales development, commercial growth, and strategic partnerships. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer bases, leading the local cross-functional team in Go-To-Market planning and execution, and maintaining account relationships.
About the Job:
This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for building strong relationships, driving business growth, and contributing to a global leader in the eyewear industry. You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in using data analysis tools, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases. Experience in the luxury goods or jewelry industry is a plus, as well as a background in sales development, commercial growth, or a related field. Language proficiency in English, Chinese, and Malay for business purposes is required, and prior general management or leadership experience in product, marketing, and/or managing businesses within the Sport Inspired or Sport Fashion channels is preferred.
