As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational success by aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. You will build strategic partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services and drive business growth.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify training and development needs within Ninja Van, using job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation.
- Designing and implementing tailored training and development programmes that meet the evolving needs of Ninja Van and its employees.
- Managing relationships with Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp) and ensuring timely submission of payments.
- Evaluating the impact of training and development initiatives and suggesting improvements.
- Providing expert guidance and support on training-related matters.
This role requires a strong understanding of training methodologies, knowledge of HRD Corp processes, and experience with learning and development strategies. The successful candidate will possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
