We are looking for a dedicated Support Specialist - Customer Engagement to join our team at Hytech. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless customer interactions across various touchpoints.

Requirements:

- Fluent English and Japanese (N1 level) with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
