We are seeking an experienced HR Services Delivery Coordinator to join our team at the Regional Hub in Kuala Lumpur. As a key member of the HR Shared Services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR services to our employees and stakeholders across Asia.

What You Will Do

\
  • Deliver exceptional HR services to employees and stakeholders across Asia.
  • Manage HR administration, including employment contracts, health and life insurance programs, reports, and data collection.
  • Administer data in HR information systems.
  • Prepare reports and analysis for HR decision-making.
  • Provide administrative support for the HR Centre of Excellence.
  • Execute training and development plans for employees.
  • Foster performance management cycles and provide support as needed.
  • Update employee records with any changes during their lifecycle.
  • Implement HR policies across the organization.
  • Offer first-line HR advice to employees.
  • Maintain awareness of labor laws and adapt internal policies accordingly.
  • Assist the Payroll Coordinator as required.
