We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our team at the NETS Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of over-due account balances and reconciling customer receivable balances.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collect and manage customer accounts details for accurate and efficient payment processing
  2. Analyze and reconcile customer receivable balances to ensure accuracy and compliance
  3. Research and resolve payment discrepancies to minimize losses and improve customer relationships
  4. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to reduce delinquent accounts and improve overall cash flow
  5. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and files
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve processes and performance

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years accounts receivable experience
  • Degree/Associate Degree in Accounting Related Field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of applicable accounts receivable/general ledger systems (example: SAP) and procedures
  • Attention to details and accuracy
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem analysis and solving skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • PowerBI/Data analytics experience preferred
