The Senior Executive, Talent Partnering, will play a pivotal role in managing payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. This role also handles employee benefits, medical, and insurance administration, as well as HR documentation for the entire employee life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full spectrum of payroll processing activities, ensuring its timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with local statutory bodies.
  • Manage employee benefits, medical, leave benefits, and group insurance administration.
  • Responsible for HR processes for the entire employee life cycle and all HR documentation, including letter of appointment, transfer, confirmation, resignation, bonus, increments, salary adjustments, and others.
  • Assist in onboarding for new hires, including induction and assimilation into the organization.
  • Maintain and update employee records and payroll database to guarantee data accuracy and security.

Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  2. Good understanding of labor laws and industrial relations.
  3. Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.
  4. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR role.
  5. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced working environment.
  6. Possess integrity and good work ethic.
  7. Good team player.
  8. Proficient with MS Office applications, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint.
