About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tender and Proposal Management Expert to join our team in a Regional Infrastructure Projects Lead role. As a key member of our Tendering team, you will be responsible for managing the entire tender process from start to finish.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure projects, sales, and tendering teams within multinational companies and global teams. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, including team leading, employee mentoring, and development, as well as the ability to empower others through delegating responsibility.

As a data center solutions specialist, you will work closely with marketing, sales, business management, and technical/engineering teams to structure proposals/contracts/bid documents. You will enhance and consolidate quotes to reach target price while avoiding rejection and margin slippage. Support Opportunity Pursuit Leader during customer negotiations and closing of the deal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex RFQs (Request For Quotation), animate tender preparation, consolidate technical and financial data, and prepare costing as per process and tools.
  • Develop presales contract strategies and work closely with marketing, sales, business management, and technical/engineering teams to structure proposals/contracts/bid documents.
  • Support the Operations Team to ensure that the scope of supply being offered at tender stage is within their ability to deliver from a scope of supply, resource, and competence point of view and costed accordingly.

This position requires a highly motivated individual who is able to work effectively in a group setting, team-oriented, and results-driven. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
