Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Support
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the GM, providing strategic support and guidance on complex issues.
  • Implement and execute plans, projects, and initiatives as per the GM's directions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Anticipate and address the GM's needs, maintaining an overview of allocated projects and reporting progress to the GM.
  • Project Coordination and Communication
  • Complete a range of administrative tasks for the GM, including organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the GM, determining the appropriate course of action or response.
  • Provide a bridge for effective communication between the GM and internal departments, demonstrating expertise and credibility with senior management staff.
  • Meeting and Event Planning
  • Work closely with the GM to plan and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Prioritize competing demands, handle matters proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion within the timeline given.
  • Additional Responsibilities
  • Follow up on responses to requests and emails to/from the GM.
  • Assist in preparing, organizing, and coordinating the agenda and meetings of the senior management team and off-sites.
  • Take minutes of all meetings attended by the GM and deliver them to relevant parties within 24 hours.

About You

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of working experience in a similar capacity or 1-3 years with project administration experience.
