Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Manager - Consumer Insights. This role involves overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer experiences to our TV and Digital panel members, managing various tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage panel member relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences through email and other communication channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance panel member engagement and retention.
  • Support content creation and provide feedback on existing content to ensure its quality and effectiveness.
  • Perform detailed data checks and reporting, highlighting discrepancies or potential issues.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve panel member satisfaction and loyalty.
