**Job Summary:**

The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for supporting and improving human capital productivity and organizational effectiveness aligned with business objectives. This key member will partner with business leaders and HR peers to lead end-to-end HR functions, from talent acquisition to employee engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract and build talent pipeline for current and future hiring demands through coordination with external partnerships.
  • Plan, implement, and execute recruitment strategies that ensure recruitment processes run smoothly and talent requisitions are successfully closed in stipulated timeframe and budget.
  • Responsible for employer branding activities in various career fairs, public events, and recruiting networks.
Foreign Workers Management:
  • Strong ability and coordination skills to work closely with agents for foreign workers' recruitment.
  • Keep track and monitor foreign worker's permit/passport renewal.
  • Work closely with parties on documentation and administration of foreign workers.
  • Responding to matters relating to foreign workers.
  • Resolving grievances and provide counselling to foreign workers where required.
  • Ensure company's foreign workers policies and standard operating procedures are adhered to.
Organizational Development:
  • Partner on Organizational Development issues and initiatives.
  • Assist in delivering developmental agendas that integrate individual and organizational learning and development.
  • Improve organization and meet client needs following consulting skills model.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of working experience specializing in Talent Acquisitions & HR Business Partnering as an HR TA Manager / HRBP Manager in a plant environment.
  • Well versed with Malaysian Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, Trade Union Act 1959, and current Labour Law practices.
  • Must have experience with a highly professional workforce.
  • HR strategy implementation with client groups solving business needs.
