HR Talent Acquisition Manager

**Job Overview:**
The HR Talent Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role in the Malaysia operations leadership team, driving human capital productivity and organizational effectiveness aligned with business objectives. This key member will partner with business leaders and HR peers to lead end-to-end HR functions, from talent acquisition to employee engagement, and develop customized HR practices.
Main Responsibilities:
- Talent Management:
- Develop and execute professional development strategies for employees.
- Counsel leaders and employees on superior performance and employee engagement.
- Provide end-to-end operational support.
- Communicate and update on HR programs and plans.
- Coordinate people development roadmaps.
- Partner on Organizational Development issues and initiatives.
- Assist in delivering developmental agendas that integrate individual and organizational learning and development.
- Improve organization and meet client needs following consulting skills model.
- Support all HR-related projects or programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies and analysis to drive sourcing strategy, campaign strategies including identification of new sourcing channels.
- Plan, implement, and execute recruitment strategies that attract and build talent pipeline for current and future hiring demands through coordination with external partnerships.
- Responsible for employer branding activities in various career fairs, public events, and recruiting networks.
- Work collaboratively with business managers to drive performance, plans, and initiatives to support local and business strategy.
- Ensure recruitment processes run smoothly and talent requisitions are successfully closed in stipulated timeframe and budget.
- Strong ability and coordination skills to work closely with agents for foreign workers' recruitment.
- Keep track and monitor foreign worker's permit/passport renewal.
- Work closely with parties on documentation and administration of foreign workers.
- Responding to matters relating to foreign workers.
- Resolving grievances and provide counselling to foreign workers where required.
- Ensure company's foreign workers policies and standard operating procedures are adhered to.
