Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present tailored reinsurance solutions to clients, taking into account their unique business needs and risk profiles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, reinsurers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing business development plans to expand our client base and revenue streams.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on reinsurance products and markets, ensuring they have access to the best possible solutions for their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, analytics, and marketing, to develop and deliver innovative reinsurance solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to ensure our clients receive the best possible advice and guidance.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in reinsurance broking, with a strong track record of business development and client relationship management.
  • Excellent knowledge of reinsurance products, markets, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and present complex reinsurance solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, reinsurers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines to deliver high-quality results.
