Strategic Business Partnership Development Lead

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Partnership Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our business development department, you will be responsible for identifying, building, and maintaining strategic partnerships with financial institutions, corporations, and fintech companies.
Key Responsibilities- Business Partnership Development: Identify and engage with potential business partners to initiate and cultivate strategic B2B partnerships that drive user growth and revenue targets.
- Partnership Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies to leverage complementary business capabilities and distribution channels.
- Negotiation and Agreement: Structure and negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements that enhance Moomoo's product offerings, market reach, and competitive positioning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with corporate partners to create integrated solutions and co-branded services that deliver value to both businesses and end-users.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or account management, with a preference for candidates with experience and resources in the financial services, investment, or fintech sectors.
- Proven track record in identifying, negotiating, and managing successful B2B partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure complex partnership deals that deliver measurable business results.
- Excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- In-depth understanding of the investment, finance, and technology industries, including trends, challenges, and emerging opportunities.
- Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Language proficiency in English and Malay, with proficiency in Chinese preferred.
- Results-oriented with self-motivation, able to embrace user growth objectives.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure, effectively multitasking.
