Regional Sales Enablement Expert

**Role Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Enablement Expert to join our Kuala Lumpur office team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a crucial role in expanding business growth and maximizing sales of Higher Education Solutions across assigned territories.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have experience in sales support, administration, or coordination roles.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support for sales and business development activities.
- Act as a representative call gateway, providing instructor materials, qualifying leads, and allocating tasks efficiently.
- Conduct market research, gathering information on course adoption details, competitor analysis, and bookstore data, updating it every semester.
- Manage adoption lists, update instructor resource requests, collect feedback from instructors at the end of each semester, and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and execute targeted promotional strategies through cold emails, social selling, and email blasts.
- Coordinate sample requests from Salesforce when necessary and dispatch printed or electronic samples.
- Create new vendors or accounts and extend credit limits when required.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in sales support, administration, or coordination roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is an advantage.
