The Senior Shopper Marketing Manager is responsible for three main pillars: identifying growth opportunities, converting brand priorities into category plans and execution frameworks, as well as fulfilling specific categories/shopper demands.

  • Develop strategic growth plans and drive brand growth in key channels.
  • Identify growth opportunities and lead end-to-end priority projects across multiple categories.
  • Manage category priorities, activity grids, and new product listings for various categories/brands.
  • Analyze customer and shopper insights to inform category strategies.
  • Monitor and optimize execution metrics to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with retail partners on strategic partnership planning.

This role requires a strategic thinker with experience creating comprehensive category plans, strong execution skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a related field, minimum 3 years' experience in trade/shopper marketing, and proficiency in retail audit software.
