Customer Success Advocate

As a Customer Success Advocate at Minacs, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion within an assigned territory. Your primary objective will be to assess customer needs, provide technical solutions, and resolve client issues while fostering relationships to enhance sales opportunities.
You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to identify and analyze customer needs, develop strategies to competitively address demands, and advise on technical aspects of products. In addition, you will deliver technical training and communicate customer feedback to drive product and service improvements.
A strong background in sales, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Location: MYS Kuala Lumpur - Menara Exchange 106, Level 6, Lingkaran TRX, Jalan Tun Razak. Language Requirements: English.
