Key Responsibilities:
- The Business Operations Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of various operational initiatives.
- This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
What You Will Stand Out For:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing multiple operational projects to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Maintain project schedules, track progress, and assist in preparing status reports for management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication across departments to ensure smooth project execution, meeting deadlines, and resolving any potential roadblocks.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and minimize delays.
- Assist in the identification of project risks and help develop mitigation strategies.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze data related to operational performance and project progress, providing insights and actionable recommendations to the Operations Director.
- Prepare and maintain project dashboards, reports, and documentation, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Help document processes, best practices, and lessons learned from completed projects to foster continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Support in the coordination of project meetings, capturing action items, and following up on tasks to ensure accountability.
- Serve as a point of contact for project teams and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and smooth collaboration.
Project Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure all project-related documentation is properly organized, stored, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, project management best practices, and external regulatory requirements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively across functions.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle competing priorities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with operational workflows and processes, particularly in technology, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is desirable.
