About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lead Solutions Architect, Banking. As a key member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for leading the team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 15 or more years of total experience.
  • More than 10 years of relevant experience in a hands-on role for solution architecture, preferably in banking.
