About the RoleThis position is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of HR systems, specifically the Learning and Talent modules. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR systems configuration and reporting, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of HR systems, including Learning and Talent modules.
- Develop and implement processes to streamline HR operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Provide training and support to users on new processes and system functionality.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years of experience in HR systems configuration and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
