This Business Support Executive position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the growth and development of our consultants.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our consultants in relation to group and general insurance business, including developing and maintaining a good filing system, liaising with Insurance providers, and preparing quotation comparison tables for client review.

As a key member of our team, you will also be responsible for sending policies and invoices to clients, following up on timely payments, and assisting in Policy Servicing and value-added services to clients.

Key Qualifications:

  • You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle details accurately.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, well-organized, meticulous, results-oriented, and a good team player.
  • Provide the team with efficient and effective administrative support, including handling enquiries, word processing, record keeping, and correspondence.
  • Possess a Degree in any field.
  • You write and speak English well.
  • You can work in Mont Kiara.
  • You are computer literate & well-versed in Microsoft Office applications.
  • You are a quick learner and able to adapt to changing environments.
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative/support role. However, if you are a fresh grad and think you can handle the job scope, do apply.
  • You are a Malaysian citizen.
  • Experience in Group & General Insurance industry is a valuable advantage.
