Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Executive to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to drive business growth through partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  • Capture and understand partners' business models, ecosystems, and value propositions.
  • Lead Philips & Partner resources to achieve (strategic) objectives as specified and agreed in Partner Joint Business Plan.
  • Strengthen partners' capabilities through training, tools, and process knowledge.
  • Foster collaboration with partners' sales teams and internal Philips resources on complex sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement action plans to grow partner results, particularly OIT and Sales growth, in line with market development for both equipment and service.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications can be advantageous.
