  • As a Division Director, you will lead the application and execution of the divisional strategy and steer the local divisional team.
  • You will contribute to the division business plan definition by sharing sales strategies proposals, business, and intervention plans to expand and strengthen our presence in focused markets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define the local sales budget, ensuring the achievement of corresponding objectives.
  • Accountable for the local division P&L, including products, spare parts, and services sales.
  • Define Area Sales Managers' objectives and monitor outcome.
  • Support the Managing Director in talent and succession management processes.
  • Ensure sales force motivation and continuous competences development.
  • Assure sales team members are up-to-date on product launches and apply the go-to-market strategy.
  • Provide guidance and support to strengthen sales networks and customer portfolios.
  • Manage and foster productive relationships with key customer accounts.

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience with an engineering technical background.
  • Multiple years of sales experience in industry/mechatronics and negotiating skills.
  • Previous experience in managing a sales team.
  • Familiarity with Operating Systems (AS400/SAP) and Customer Management Systems (CRM).
  • Readiness for international business trips.
  • Financial culture to pilot one's budget and P&L.
  • Solid project and team management experience.
  • Problem-solving ability, open-minded, team-oriented, intercultural interested, open to new things, and solution-oriented.
