Key Responsibilities

  • Medical Support: Provide medical support, including handling hospital procedures and insurance claims, to ensure our clients receive the best possible care.
  • Documentation and Data Entry: Handle documentation and data entry in both Japanese and English, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative and operational support for assigned tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
  • Communication and Liaison: Manage phone calls, emails, and other ad-hoc duties, maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Must have JLPT N2 or above, with fluency in Japanese and a good command of English.
  • Cultural Awareness: Strong interest in Japanese culture, with a passion for adapting to and interacting with Japanese clients.
  • Education: Graduates from Japanese universities are encouraged to apply.
  • Availability: Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with 24/7 standby on a rotational shift for urgent cases (overtime and travel allowance provided).

  • Competitive Salary: Basic salary: RM4,500 to RM6,500.
