Job Summary

As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely recovery of payments from customers. Your expertise in accounts receivable management will enable you to follow up on all outstanding balances and ensure that sales are accurately documented.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely issuance and tracking of invoices to customers.
  • Application of received payments with supporting documentation.
  • Verification of payment amounts against open invoices.
  • Weekly review of sales to ensure accuracy and compliance with purchase orders.
  • Risk identification and notification to supervisor of potential issues, including past-due invoices and sales without documentation.
  • Maintenance of accurate records and reports for accounts receivable.
  • Leadership of weekly meetings to discuss accounts receivable performance.
  • Registration of customer payments and other transactions in SAP.
  • Providing aging balances and identifying discrepancies for customer contact.
  • Preparation of weekly or monthly reports for corporate.
Requirements:
  • Presentation and communication skills to effectively interact with managers, clients, and colleagues.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Windows-based operating systems and Jabil's software packages.
  • Ability to write clear correspondence and read visual aids.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Understanding of simple instructions and ability to apply common sense in standardized situations.
