Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist - Logistics who can provide exceptional support to our customers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact existing customers to gain inquiries for exports and imports.
  • Deal with overseas agents via email to address their queries and concerns.
  • Obtain the best shipping rates and quotes for customers and overseas agents.
  • Gather competitor and customer information to stay updated on local market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM or Diploma in a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service/documentation/operations in a forwarding/shipping environment.
  • Multitasking with strong communication and time management skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Immediate availability is an added advantage.
  • Language: Chinese, Malay, English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
