As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the frontline interface with our local and regional customers, dealers, agents, and partners. Your role will encompass everything from order entry to payment collection, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Professional Communication: Answer calls to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, or address complaints.
  2. Order Processing: Proactively process customer orders to completion.
  3. Issue Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions within expected timeframes.
  4. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and actions taken.
  5. Escalation Management: Refer unresolved issues or special requests to designated departments.
  6. Product Promotion: Inform customers about our products and services, referring business to the appropriate department.
  7. Relationship Building: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of customer orders.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  2. Education: Minimum "A" Level or Diploma in any discipline.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and telephone etiquette.
  4. Attributes: Highly motivated, open-minded, enthusiastic, and a good listener.
  5. Team Player: Ability to effectively work with a team and perform well in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.
