The role of Customer Support and Inventory Specialist is to provide administrative support for day-to-day customer service activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing domestic inventory, procedures, and processes for one of our key customers. This includes maintaining inventory control per SAP requirements, managing consignment inventory at customer sites, and performing shipping and receiving functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining domestic safety stock and obsolete parts
- Repairing components such as pumps
- Providing quotations for onsite service and spare parts
- Coodinating service and installation visits
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in customer support/inventory management with experience in logistics. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Malay are required, as well as computer literacy in MS Office software and project software.
