Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prospect and acquire new clients with assets under management exceeding RM3mil.
  2. Cross-sell OCBC Premier Private Banking's value proposition to target segments.
  3. Collaborate with internal partners to present client value propositions to target audiences.
  4. Work closely with assigned teams to enhance customer bases and meet unique client needs.
  5. Identify cross-selling opportunities to deepen share of wallet.
  6. Develop acquisition strategies to generate new leads and businesses.
  7. Secure appointments through telesales and networking.
  8. Ensure all required Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures are followed.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in high net worth sales or business development.
  • Tertiary education, preferably a Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Sharp business focus with innovative approaches.
  • Able to anticipate client requests and resolve queries promptly.
  • Demonstrates interest in local markets and economies.
  • Highly driven and motivated individual.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maturity to handle affluent market segments.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
