Technical Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Kenso Corporation. In this full-time role, you will provide invaluable IT support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming technical support requests and queries via phone or email interactions
- Diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware and software-related issues
- Provide guidance and step-by-step assistance to end-users on the proper use of IT systems and applications
- Document all support activities and maintain detailed records of incidents and resolutions
- Escalate problems to senior IT support staff as needed
What We're Looking For
- Relevant Certificates or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in Information Security Management Services (ISMS) & ISMS documentations is an added advantage
- Maintained good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist users of varying technical abilities
- Familiarity with common desktop applications, operating systems and hardware components
