About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Operations Specialist to work with X-FAB Sarawak's talented team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a highly motivated individual to maintain and develop reporting solutions for internal teams and external stakeholders using PowerBI, incorporating Salesforce dashboards, Microsoft PowerBI Sales reporting, and planning tools for annual and intermediate business planning.
  • The successful candidate will serve as the interface between Sales Management (Regional and Global), IT, Finance, and SupplyChain teams to address business reporting requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and customer focus are essential for this role, which involves preparing business analysis related to Opportunity Pipeline management and Business Development KPIs.
  • The ideal candidate will contribute to corporate business planning processes and related analysis.
  • Owning pricelist and price mechanisms as input to the Quotation process, collaborating with Product Marketing and Finance to receive and implement price guidelines.
  • Provide transparency of price evolution and quotation discount history, working with Finance and SupplyChain teams on price and margin analysis.
  • Manage and provide input to our Customer Loyalty and Customer Satisfaction Programs, including generation and evaluation of customer surveys.
