Sales Business Growth Manager

As a Sales Business Growth Manager at Unilever, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and achieving business objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to execute the customer strategy and customer business plan, working closely with customers to implement business plans for respective categories.
You will work in close collaboration with the Category Team for category input, and with customer marketing and brand teams for specific banner/channel plans. Your goal is to deliver agreed plans, follow-up on achievement of counterparts set in agreements, and manage promo investments in a timely manner.
You will also negotiate promotional plans and counterparts according to Unilever strategy on categories, manage overall levels of Customer Investments for their category, and monitor Customer Performance by tracking sales, customer contribution, and market share for major categories.
Your role as an active ambassador of Unilever at the customer and of the customer at Unilever requires you to participate actively in internal Unilever meetings, looking at the best solution for the business.
You will be responsible for executing all activations and building excellent relationships at store level, working closely with Distributor Sales teams to ensure execution to highest standard, and achievement of sales targets.
You will also drive maximum visibility in-store, ensure shelf space in line with planogram or fair share, check assortment, and act on availability of our brands. Additionally, you will negotiate new remodeling opportunities at store level, monitor pricing, and ensure application of correct prices at outlets.
Auditing Perfect Store 6P's implementation by store and reporting any non-compliance after trying corrective measures are part of your responsibilities.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field, be based in Sarawak, and demonstrate self-driven, analytical, relationship-building, and result-oriented skills. Ambition to build communication and negotiation skills, as well as capabilities in managing multiple stakeholders and delivering operational excellence, are essential.
