At Unilever, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Lead to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for executing customer strategies and customer business plans, focusing on implementing business plans for respective categories and working closely with customers to achieve mutual goals.

You will collaborate with the Category Team, customer marketing and brand teams, and other stakeholders to develop and implement optimal integrated promo plans, manage promo investments, and ensure timely delivery of agreed plans. Your success will be measured by the achievement of counterparts set in agreements and customer satisfaction.

You will negotiate promotional plans and counterparts according to Unilever strategy on categories, manage Customer Investments for their category, and monitor Customer Performance by tracking sales, customer contribution, and market share for major categories.

As an ambassador of Unilever at the customer and of the customer at Unilever, you will participate in internal meetings, identifying solutions that benefit the business. Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders will be crucial to your success.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will execute all activations, work closely with Distributor Sales teams to ensure high-quality execution, and achieve sales targets. You will drive maximum visibility in-store, ensure shelf space, check assortment, and act on availability of our brands. Furthermore, you will negotiate new remodeling opportunities, monitor pricing, and apply correct prices at outlets.

Auditing Perfect Store 6P's implementation and reporting non-compliance are part of your duties. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field, be based in Sarawak, and demonstrate self-driven, analytical, relationship-building, and result-oriented skills.
