Job Description

The successful candidate will schedule meetings between prospective clients and our local Director via phone calls, email and LinkedIn. This includes maintaining sales activity to create a pipeline of sales opportunities and identifying and qualifying potential leads using various resources, including websites, social media and LinkedIn.

A high level of accuracy is required when maintaining records of all interactions in our Salesforce CRM system. Additionally, following up with prospects to confirm meetings and address any inquiries is a crucial aspect of this role.

Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese, strong phone etiquette and active listening abilities, proficiency in using CRM software, resilience and ability to handle rejections and objections professionally, time management skills and ability to work independently. Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting or inside sales roles is also required.
