About the Role
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Closely collaborate with marketing, product development, and technical teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to senior management regarding sales trends and opportunities.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's AV solutions and increase brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through both team leadership and personal sales efforts.
  • Strong understanding of AV products, technologies, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
